Mona is one of the finest players of Austin BD Soccer and he has always been involved in multiple social, cultural and sports activities of Austin’s Bangladeshi community. Growing up in Gopibag, Dhaka, he became a supporter of Dhaka Brothers Union Football club since his early age. But later on, his favorite team became Mohammedan Sporting Club and Argentina national soccer team.
