Fayez (/Shantonu) is one of the under-rated keepers of Austin BD soccer. He is a traditional, effective, and experienced goalkeeper, who usually favor efficiency and caution over flamboyance and making saves. although he is also capable of producing spectacular dives and decisive saves when necessary due to his strength and athleticism. He was one of the few players to outshine in 2021 Austin BD Tournament for Texas Warriors team. Fayez was supposed to be part of RRP FC, but he signed with United South Austin (USA) for the inaugural ABPL season.
